Times Chronicle Front Page Article!

The reception

The opening reception for Fast Forward was wonderful - it was extremely well attended - over 200 attendees. The food was delicious, the beer tasty and the band, terrific. Awards were given out to the following artists: 1st Place: Brian McElligott, 2nd Place: Jim Winters, 3rd Place: David Ferro, 4th Place: Dana Scott and 5th Place, Debs Bleicher. Honorable mention went to Matthew Chansky, Kate Patsch and Nina Sabatino. Two photographs by Chelsea Schryver were sold at the reception.

Thank you so much to everyone involved. Pictures of the reception and photos of work from the exhibit will be posted on an internet site next week. Stay tuned.

Gala Opening Reception

Please join us on June 1 at the Cheltenham Center for the Arts for our gala opening reception from 2 - 5pm. In addition to viewing the outstanding work of 30 local, nationally -recognized and emerging artists, stop by to sample food from local restaurants, beer from Knights Head Brewing and to hear music played by David Cohen and James Callas. We look forward to seeing you there!

Jenkintown Window Project

If you happen to be walking through Jenkintown, take a walk down Leedom Street, in between Greenwood Avenue and Summit Road and look in the window of the old Empty Hands Karate Studio. We have installed a window display of some of our exhibiting artists' work to help advertise Fast Forward and the Cheltenham Center for the Arts.
