Jenkintown Window Project

If you happen to be walking through Jenkintown, take a walk down Leedom Street, in between Greenwood Avenue and Summit Road and look in the window of the old Empty Hands Karate Studio. We have installed a window display of some of our exhibiting artists' work to help advertise Fast Forward and the Cheltenham Center for the Arts.

Prospectus

In 2009, Tyler School of Art will be moving from its Elkins Park Campus to new facilities at Temple's main campus. This exhibition celebrates the last 20 years of Tyler School of Art and is our swan song to Tyler's Elkins Park roots, where we began our lives and careers as artists.

Please join us June 1 for our opening reception, 2 - 5pm. Local restaurants will be providing tastings and Knight's Head Brewery will be sampling their pale ale. This reception is also a fundraiser for the Cheltenham Center for the Arts. A $10 donation is suggested at the door.

We hope you can make this special event - a chance to say farewell to Tyler School of Art and a chance to support Cheltenham Township's oldest, remaining art institution!
