Amma is located in the Keswick Village at 345 Keswick Avenue in Glenside (215/572-9881). It offers yoga for all levels - including Gentle Flow and Inner Fire for beginners, and Ashtanga and Anusura for intermediate and advanced students. Bridget is a gifted teacher who incorporates meditation with a focus on alignment and building strength and stamina. She is also a massage therapist and trainer.
